The evening was also an occasion to celebrate Gurung’s appointment as creative director at jewelry house Tasaki, which provided the pearl-accented napkin ring holders for the evening. After Kim Crawford wines were poured, Mia Moretti, Rupi Kaur, and more took their seats for a live performance by Kaitlyn and Mady Dever—a soothing soundtrack to complement a very elegant evening.
